370. To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the status of the new build project for a school (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [59338/22]

The project to which the Deputy refers has been devolved for delivery to the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA).
I am pleased to inform you that the project was recently approved by the Department to proceed to Stage 2b of the architectural planning process. The next step for the Design Team will be to obtain the statutory planning approval, a process which has already commenced.
At this early stage, it is not possible to provide a timeline for the projects; the NDFA will be engaging directly with the school authorities to keep them informed of progress.
