To ask the Minister for Health the process employed by UL Hospitals Group in moving people from the waiting list to the adult outpatient's diabetes clinic list; the way the waiting list is monitored; the reason the number of people waiting up to two years has reduced but the number of people waiting in excess of two years is increasing (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
