To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that not every household will receive the energy credits promised given that electricity supply companies allocate the credit per MPRN number and those in rented apartments that share an MPRN also have to share the electricity credit; his plans to ensure that every household benefits fully from the energy credits; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
