To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 129 of 21 September 2022, if the families of residents whose files were sent to a legal firm (details supplied) were informed of same; if other residents were illegally restrained; if other residents were discharged from this residential setting if it was found that they had been illegally restrained; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the issues raised by the Deputy relate to the management of the delivery of services, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
