To ask the Minister for Health if the drug luxturna which offers a cure for rare retinal disease has been reviewed by the HSE Rare Diseases Technology Review Committee; the status of the National Centre for Pharmacoeconomics negotiations on the availability of this drug; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
