To ask the Minister for Health the financial supports available to parents who wish to renovate a room in their home for the purposes of creating a sensory room for a child with a disability, other than housing adaptation grants available through local authorities; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to inform the Deputy that Housing Adaptation Grants are a matter for the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. There is no other funding avenue for an adaptation of the kind mentioned in the Deputy's question.
