785. To ask the Minister for Health the value to each hospital of the car parking charges system in tabular form; the amount raised from car parking charges if the system is under hospital control; and the amount made in payment from a private operator if the system is privatised. [12687/21]

The Programme for Governmentmakes a commitment to introduce a cap on the maximum daily charge for patients and visitors at all public hospitals, where possible and to introduce flexible passes in all public hospitals for patients and their families. My Department and the HSE are currently engaging on this issue in order to achieve this new Programme for Governmentcommitment.
