681. To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that a company (details supplied) has refused to accept an invitation extended by the WRC to attend a conciliation conference with a union regarding a range of issues affecting the members of the union at the company; his views on the fact that this beneficiary of a significant State contract continues to ignore the industrial relations machinery of the State; the cost, value and duration of the NCT contract with the company; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
