To ask the Minister for Health if a permanent clinical psychiatrist is now assigned to Roscommon mental health services; if the services will now be returning to a position of locum psychiatrists due to a recent transfer of senior staff within the services; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As this is a service matter I have asked the Health Service Executive to respond directly to the Deputy as soon as possible.
