To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 76 of 28 September 2017, if the building will not be replaced pending that review; if so, if the insurance money will remain ring-fenced and safeguarded; when the review started; when it is expected the review will be completed; the stakeholders that are participating in the review; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
