To ask the Minister for Health if a full review of the home care package being delivered via an approved care provider to a person (details supplied) could be carried out as a priority; if consideration will be given to an immediate transfer to a different home care agency with a commitment to delivering the service it is being paid to provide; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
