128. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government to provide a breakdown for each of the years 2015 to 2021, of the Irish Water capital programme funding, broken down by equity and debt portions in nominal and percentage terms. [20246/16]

- The balance is funded by a mix of debt and income from operations, with the investment programme for the period from 2017 subject to future review by the CER, and Government funding being subject to future budgetary decisions.

Note: The capital contribution provided by Government for Irish Water in respect of 2015 was paid to Irish Water in 2014.
