128. To ask the Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government to provide a breakdown for each of the years 2015 to 2021, of the Irish Water capital programme funding, broken down by equity and debt portions in nominal and percentage terms. [20246/16]

The following table provides details of Irish Water's capital investment programme, as presented in Irish Water's Business Plan 2014 - 2021 as well as the level of capital contribution from the State in the period to 2016.

Note: The capital contribution provided by Government for Irish Water in respect of 2015 was paid to Irish Water in 2014.
