To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason he has not made a decision on an application by a person (details supplied) in County Limerick for the provision of a slatted unit and other miscellaneous works to be carried out on a farm under the targeted agricultural modernisation scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The person named has applied for investments under the Animal Welfare and Nutrient Storage Scheme in TAMS II. All applications received are being examined and approvals will commence when all of the required checks have been undertaken. My Department is working to ensure approvals issue at the earliest possible juncture.

The administrative check has been carried out in this case and the applicant has been asked to supply additional documentation to support the application. When this documentation is received the application will be processed.
