Communicating Europe Initiative | 2012 | €83,000 |
2013 | €174,489 | |
2014 | €50,000 | |
2015 | €32,500 | |

A total of €200,000 has been allocated to the Local Diaspora Engagement Fund in 2015. Applications to the fund were invited from local and community groups and organisations based in Ireland on 7May 2015, with a closing date for applications on 29 May. The purpose of the funding is to promote diaspora engagement at a county, local and community level, which is in line with objectives of the Global Irish: Ireland's Diaspora Policy published by Government earlier this year. Applications are currently being assessed and allocations will be announced shortly.
