To ask the Minister for Health the position regarding the deterioration in the relationship between staff and management in the psychiatric unit of University Hospital Galway, resulting from serious concerns over the physical condition of the unit, staffing levels, and the effect of both on the welfare of patients in the unit [20767/15]
