257. To ask the Minister for Social Protection when a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will receive a decision on a disability allowance appeal; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [15393/15]

The person concerned has been awarded a disability allowance payment with effect from 26 March 2014. First payment will issue on 6 May 2015. Any arrears due will be calculated and issue shortly.
