The Department is currently in the process of evaluating tenders for the provision of employment services under the JobPath initiative. This is a confidential process and is being conducted in accordance with EU and national public procurement rules. No information in relation to any tenders will be released during the evaluation process which is expected to take a number of weeks. In order to respect the evaluation process I have not sought, nor have I received, any information regarding the tenders. The criteria for the award of contracts are set out in the tender documents which are available on the Department's website .
