1005. To ask the Minister for Health the measures in place within his Department to ensure that at tendering and final procurement stages only notified biocides as set out under S.I. My Department does not procure biocides. The position regarding the Health Service Executive (HSE) is a matter for the HSE. My Department has requested the HSE to reply directly to the Deputy in this regard.
The information in relation to the Non-Commercial State Agencies is currently being collated and will be forwarded directly to the Deputy as soon as it is available.
