To ask the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 458 of 3 December 2013, if he will outline in detail the reason an increase of only two hours per week was provided for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 15 and not the additional hour a day home help which is required; if this matter will be urgently reviewed; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the Health Service Executive replied to the Deputy's question on 3rd December, 2013. As the particular case referred to by the Deputy relates to service matters, I have arranged for the question to be referred to the Health Service Executive for investigation and direct reply to the Deputy.
