As indicated in the response to the previous question raised on behalf of the person named, the views of designated consultation bodies have been sought and their responses are still awaited. Processing of the application cannot proceed in the absence of these responses.

The application by the person named is currently subject to a review by my Department of the area on which payments have been claimed. My Department will write to the applicant shortly to inform him of the outcome of this review and the position with regard to future payments.
