Question 73: To ask the Minister for Finance the number of freedom of information requests received by him in 2011; the number of requests for which a search and retrieval fee was sought; the maximum fee sought by him in respect of a request received; the number of requests not proceeded following the non payment of the search and retrieval fee sought; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department received 258 Freedom of Information (FOI) in 2011 and there were 17 cases where a search and retrieval fee was paid. The highest fee paid in 2012 was â¬83.80.
Unfortunately, we do not currently hold the other information sought by the Deputy in a format which can readily answer the queries, but we are currently in the process of capturing this information so that it can be provided in future.
