Question 149: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if the Health Service Executive will reassess the suitability of adopting parents who have already been assessed either by Pact, Cunamh or the Adoption Authority; if the existing recommendations based on these cases will be endorsed, or failing that, if these cases will be fast-tracked; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
