Under Statutory Instrument 614 of 2010, the Commission for Taxi Regulation (CTR) was dissolved at the request of the National Transport Authority (NTA) on 1 January 2011. From that date the CTR was subsumed into the NTA along with its staff and functions. Information relating to revenue and expenditure of the former Commission for Taxi Regulation is available from published Annual Reports and Financial Statements. Information not currently published with regard to the financial arrangements pertaining to the dissolution of the CTR and transfer to the NTA is available from the National Transport Authority directly.
