Question 201: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the way he has assessed the potential costs associated with the greenhouse gas reductions set in the Climate Change Response Bill; the estimated cost of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. A qualitative cost benefit analysis is contained in the Regulatory Impact Analysis which accompanied the Bill and is available on my Department's website. This analysis will be developed further as the Bill progresses through the various legislative stages in the Oireachtas.
