Question 72: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Education and Skills in view of the fact that a company (details supplied) has gone into receivership with a number of projects still under construction, in particular the project at National University of Ireland, Galway and given that these projects are funded by the State and the taxpayer, her plans to complete the construction project and ensure that subcontractors are paid for work already done; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
