My Department, the Central Statistics Office (CSO) and the National Economic and Social Development Office (NESDO) are taking part in the cycle to work scheme.

The implementation of decentralisation has no impact on participation in the scheme for my Department or its agencies.

My Department and the Offices and Agencies that come under the aegis of my Department are taking part in the cycle to work scheme with the exception of Shannon Development and the 35 County and City Enterprise Boards who have indicated they have no immediate plans to participate in the scheme. It is not envisaged that the decentralisation process will have any impact on participation in the cycle to work scheme.
