Question 185: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if the fire services and emergency planning section of his Department is fully staffed at senior management level; if not, the reason for same; and if this situation affects the ability of the Government and local authorities to respond fully and effectively to the challenges posed by major fire and emergencies in the future.
