Question 135: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the number of persons reported missing who were later accounted for as having died in each year between 1999 and 2006; the number of those whose death was deemed to be the result of foul play; the number of those whose death was deemed to be the result of suicide; the average length of time that these persons were unaccounted for between the original missing persons report and their being located; and if he will make a statement on the matter. It has not been possible in the time available for the Garda authorities to supply the details requested by the Deputy. I will be in contact with the Deputy when the information is to hand.
