Question 200: To ask the Minister for Agriculture and Food further to Parliamentary Question No. 347 of 16 November 2005 regarding the case of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly, if she has satisfied herself that this person has been paid by her Department since they were removed from their place of employment on 7 October 2005; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The person in question is being paid pension rate of pay in accordance with the terms of the Civil Service sick leave and pension regulations.
