I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Ned O'Sullivan - The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to review the powers of enforcement under the Companies Act 2014 in the case of a public company defaulting on its obligation to allow access to the register of members.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Education to make a statement on the review of the scheme of reasonable accommodations at certificate examinations.

Senator Vincent P. Martin - The need for the Minister of State with responsibility for special education and inclusion to make a statement on the transfer of public land to Scoil Mochua, Celbridge, County Kildare, to provide two special classes for autistic children as sanctioned by the National Council for Special Education, NCSE, in March 2021.

Senator Garret Ahearn - The need for the Minister for Social Protection to make a statement on the delays in the issuing of personal public service, PPS, numbers.

Senator Fiona O’Loughlin - The need for the Minister for Justice to review road traffic legislation in the context of sulky racing on the roads networks.

The matters raised by the Senators are suitable for discussion. I have selected Senators Ned O'Sullivan, Tim Lombard, Vincent P. Martin and Garret Ahearn, and they will be taken now. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Fiona O’Loughlin on the ground that the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters that they wish to raise.
