I move:


That, notwithstanding anything in the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Seanad shall meet on Monday, 22nd December, 2014 at 12 noon and the following arrangements shall apply:(1) (a) Standing Orders 29 and 30 shall stand suspended;
(b) there shall be no Order of Business;
(c) subject to completion of Committee Stage, the business to be taken shall be confined to the Report and Fifth Stages of the Water Services Bill 2014 [Dáil].
(2) No other business shall be taken unless the Seanad shall otherwise order on motion made by the Leader of the House or such other Senator as he may authorise in that behalf.

I ask the Leader, at this late stage, to agree to have an Order of Business on Monday.
