Before I move on to the next speaker, I welcome Councillor John O'Heney from Tipperary.He is accompanied by Sr. Bernie O'Grady, by his mother, Josephine O'Heney, and by Anne-Marie O'Dwyer, Mary Ann Buckley, Margaret O'Connell, Teresa Power and Sean O'Donovan.
