I move amendment No. 127:

In page 65, after line 35, to insert the following:

“(5) The Authority shall conduct a periodic review of maximum relevant payments specified in column (2) of Schedule 2 every 3 years, having regard to any expert research available to the Authority in relation to factors that may increase or decrease excessive and compulsive gambling and the means to address such gambling.”.
