In page 43, lines 38 to 40, to delete all words from and including “notify” in line 38 down to and including “notified” in line 40 and substitute the following: “notify the licensee or licensees referred to in subsection (5)(f) in writing of that fact and, subject to subsection (7) and section 17 of the Act of 2010, each licensee so notified”.
