I have received notice from the following Senators that they propose to raise the following matters:

Senator Maria Byrne - The need for the Minister for Health to provide an update on the funding of hormone replacement therapy medication.

Senator Tom Clonan - The need for the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth to make a statement on making the Trust in Care reports available to a person with an intellectual disability and their family (details supplied) and the ethical requirements of such reports being made available to the survivors of abuse and their families.

Senator Fiona O'Loughlin - The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence to make a statement on changes in policy to combat illegal encampments, waste and dumping on the Curragh Plains, County Kildare.

Senator Tim Lombard - The need for the Minister for Education to provide an update on the emergency works scheme funding application submitted by Laragh National School, Bandon, County Cork.

Senator Mark Wall - The need for the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage to make a statement on the commencement of works on ten units at McAuley Court, Athy, County Kildare.

Senator Barry Ward - The need for the Minister for Health to extend the payment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD, medication to all persons under the long-term illness scheme.

Senator Lorraine Clifford-Lee - The need for the Minister for Transport to intervene with the National Transport Authority and Irish Rail to amend changes to the northern commuter line timetable.

Of the matters raised by the Senators that are suitable for discussion, I have selected those raised by Senators Maria Byrne, Tom Clonan, Fiona O'Loughlin and Tim Lombard and they will be taken now. I regret that I had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Lorraine Clifford-Lee on the ground that the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter. The other Senators may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
