I move amendment No. 141:

In page 150, to delete lines 6 and 7 and substitute the following: “(11) A direction under paragraph (b) of subsection (9) shall be laid before each House of the Oireachtas by the Minister before it is put to a vote either as a motion or a Bill.”.
