I move amendment No. 126:

In page 121, between lines 35 and 36, to insert the following: “(3) In the process of consultation under subsection (1), where an incompatibility between either the National Planning Framework or the National Marine Planning Framework and a National Planning Policies and Measures is identified, consistency of a development plan with the National Planning Framework and the National Marine Planning Framework shall be prioritised.”.
