I move amendment No. 130:

In page 97, between lines 23 and 34 to insert the following: “(15) Where a regional assembly demonstrates that the regional spatial and economic strategy is consistent with the National Planning Framework and the National Maritime Planning Framework and to be brought into alignment with a National Planning Statement would lead to inconsistency with either the National Planning Framework or the National Maritime Planning Framework, a draft direction shall not be issued on any provisions of the regional spatial and economic strategy concerned.”.
