I move amendment No. 89:

In page 71, to delete lines 10 to 12, and substitute the following: "(5) The Minister shall, within 10 days of publication under subsection (3), lay a copy of a National Planning Statement, amendment or revocation so published before each House of the Oireachtas and, if a resolution annulling the National Planning Statement, amendment or revocation is passed by either such House within the next 21 days on which that House has sat after the National Planning Statement, amendment or revocation is laid before it, the National Planning Statement, amendment or revocation, as the case may be, shall be annulled accordingly but without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder.".
