I move amendment No. 18:

In page 44, to delete lines 20 to 22 and substitute the following: “(3) A person who contravenes a provision of regulations under this section that is described in the regulations as a penal provision shall be guilty of an offence and shall

be liable—

(a) on summary conviction, to a class A fine, and

(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine not exceeding €50,000.”
