I move amendment No. 9:

In page 42, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following: “(2) Nothing in this Act shall be read as derogating in any way from or otherwise affecting the duties imposed on planning authorities, the Commission and the Minister by section 15 of the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015.”.
