The Order of Business is No. 1, report of the Committee of Selection, to be taken on the conclusion of the Order of Business, without debate; No. 2, motion re extension of Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021, to be taken on the conclusion of No. 1, without debate; and No. 3, motion re proposed approval by Seanad Éireann of the Parent’s Leave and Benefit Act 2019 (Extension of Periods of Leave) Order 2024, to be taken at 11.45 a.m. and to conclude at 12.30 p.m., if not previously concluded, with the time allocated to the opening remarks of the Minister not to exceed five minutes, that of group spokespersons not to exceed five minutes and time may be shared, and with the Minister to be given no less than five minutes to reply to the debate.
