I will speak to amendment No. 29 and 30. I am representing Senator Higgins, so I will outline her response, which is very much in line with the Minister of State's thinking. On amendment No. 29, on the basis of the inclusion of the Minister of State's amendments and considering all the facts at this stage of the process, Senator Higgins has asked me to convey that she is happy to withdraw amendment No. 29. Similarly, given that the Minister of State has tabled amendments, Senator Higgins is happy to withdraw amendment No. 30.She has reflected. The Minister of State has clearly thought about it and I am going to deliver the message, short and sweet. With the consent of the House, we propose to withdraw those two amendments.
