Government amendment No. 139:

In page 150, to delete lines 6 to 13 and substitute the following:

19. Section 138 Section shall, in addition to its applying in respect of the functions of the director general, apply in respect of the functions of the Mayor as if “Mayor of Limerick” were substituted for “chief executive” in each place that it occurs.
