I move amendment No. 70:

In page 27, to delete lines 9 to 11 and substitute the following: “implementation in Limerick of the objectives of the Paris Agreement, the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development Act 2015, as amended, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Limerick City and County Development Plan, the Limerick-Shannon metropolitan area strategic plan, the National Development Plan and the National Planning Framework,”.
