I move amendment No. 66:

In page 26, between lines 23 and 24, to insert the following: “(13) Where an item comes before a committee or subcommittee in which a member of that committee or subcommittee has a material interest that member shall declare that they have such an interest and recuse themselves from a vote or decision on any such item.”.
