I move amendment No. 22:
In page 21, between lines 25 and 26, to insert the following:
“Amendment of section 145 of Principal Act
27. Section 145 of the Principal Act is amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (7)—“(8) This section shall not apply in relation to Limerick City and County Council.”.
