I move amendment No. 12:

In page 14, between lines 14 and 15, to insert the following: “(6) For the purposes of the operation of this Act, the director general shall prepare and submit to the Mayor and the elected members of Limerick City and County Council a list of executive functions previously held by the chief executive.”.
