As the Minister of State outlined, the Bill before us does not add to or alter the obligations placed on regulated entities by the EU Digital Services Act. This is because that is a regulation that has direct effect and impact. The purpose of this Bill is to give effect to the supervision and enforcement mechanisms in relation to it.
