I feel at times that I am alone in this Chamber as a female. I take solace from some of the emails I receive from the women and mothers of Ireland. Hundreds of women have written to the national newspapers and their voices never get heard in this Chamber. I am going to read a couple of those letters to the Minister so he can hear their voices.
